Redefining Success Metrics: Peer-Led Academic Programmes Research poster, Career Development Institute Conference, 2024–25

Collaborated with Anna Matei on research examining how peer-led academic programmes are evaluated. The project identified a critical gap: most evaluation frameworks measure outcomes for peer leaders rather than tracking progress across all participants.


Approach

The resulting PACD (Peer Assisted Career Development) model proposes a shift in how success is measured from leader outputs to whole-cohort progression with implications for programme design and resource allocation in higher education careers support.

Presented as an academic poster at the CDI Conference 2024–25.
