The Challenge
Traditional urban regeneration approaches often fail to integrate community needs with diverse stakeholder interests, creating fragmented development efforts and limited community buy-in.
The Solution
Developed a novel stakeholder communication network framework that reframed regeneration with a community-centered approach. Analysed two London case studies to validate our interdisciplinary methodology.
The Result
Demonstrated how community-led regeneration provides innovative solutions to complex urban challenges. Project exemplified LIS's interdisciplinary approach, creating more comprehensive and nuanced real-world solutions.
